If we execute a project for you under contract we may seek other information concerning your processes including but not limited to energy consumption, energy costs, and production data.

Non personal information may also be requested for the purposes of tailoring our services to your specific needs.

Where required we will establish a specific “Non Disclosure Agreement” which will define the terms under which we will use this non personal information.  

In order to respond to your enquiry or to carry out our obligations under contract to you we must process the information that you have provided to us. Some of this information will be personal information. We process this personal information in order to: Sell services to you; Provide services to you; Verify your identity.

R-Qubed (Europe) sprl uses third parties for certain aspects of its business:
• Microsoft Inc for the provision of email services via Outlook 365. Access to emails is secured via passwords.
• GoDaddy LLC for Web Hosting and Domain addresses. There is a Data processing Addendum to the agreement that R-Qubed have with GoDaddy – accessible here:  R-Qubed have elected that the web servers be located in Europe.
• Mobirise nv for Web development.  Mobirise uses PlugIns to deliver its services.  One of the PlugIns used on this website which manages the Contact Form is provided by Formoid.net - they process all data on the form and in addition capture the IP address.  Their servers are based in the USA.    
Cookies may be used by the above third parties.
